Shared Calendar Only Shows Free/Busy Outlook 2024. Users can share their calendar from any version of outlook and have the same permission. When you share your calendar in outlook, the information that other people see (such as availability) can be limited by permissions set by your organization and permissions set by you.
Go to the permissions tab and select the user with whom it is shared. You can set can view when i’m busy or can view all details when you share calendar.
